AFTER-SALES SERVICE
I. Package Overdue or Lost Processing
Late Delivery
If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe (usually approximately three weeks after shipment, unless otherwise notified by customer service), please allow an additional 3–5 business days. This is normal delay.
Update: August 1, 2025: Due to the recent surge in shipments awaiting customs clearance, shipping times may be delayed by one to two weeks.
If your package is still not delivered after this grace period, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your tracking number. We will investigate and follow up with the carrier, and do our best to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Note:
• If the delay is due to force majeure factors such as a strike or weather conditions, we hope you will understand.
• If the delay is due to carrier error, we will provide appropriate compensation, although this compensation may be subject to the carrier's final decision.
Package Lost
If there is no shipping update for your package within 15–30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will initiate the package tracking process. Once the carrier verifies the package is lost, you may choose to have it reshipped or receive a full refund. We will handle the matter accordingly.
Note:
• All package loss claims must be made within 60 days of shipment. Late claims will not be accepted. (This is because the carrier will no longer be able to effectively trace the shipment after this date.)
• Please retain relevant shipping documents and communication records to expedite the processing.
II. Product Damage or Defect Handling
Minor Damage
Due to the long shipping period and long distances, minor damage to the product may occur in rare cases. If you notice minor damage to the product during unpacking, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos and videos. We will provide a basic repair kit and repair video free of charge to help you repair minor damage yourself.
Major Damage
If the outer box of the package you received is significantly damaged (such as large areas of skin damage, cracks, or broken bones), please take photos and record an unpacking video. If you notice major damage after unpacking, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos and videos. We will reship the product or provide reasonable compensation.
Product Errors or Omissions
If the product you received does not match your order or is missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide an unboxing video or photos. Please include:
• The entire product
• The packaging
• The delivery label
We will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible after verification.
Product Defects
If you discover obvious defects in the product during unboxing, please contact us immediately and provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the defective area. Upon verification, we will provide appropriate compensation to ensure your rights are not affected.

Due to the special nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment, except for the circumstances listed above. Cleaning Instruction
During the whole cleaning process, we recommend your doll on towels on a bed. Warm water and shower gel (without chemical ingredients)is always required when taking a shower for your girl. Normal hair products are good for washing up the wig/hair (made of synthetic fiber). Wig conditioner is a plus.
Baby powder is always helpful for reducing the tackiness of silicone.
Your girl should be cleaned monthly if they are not stored away from dust/dirt

Good: I was amazed when I got this product. The pictures on the site look just like Aerith but I didn’t think my model would. When they sent me my pictures, it did not do it justice. What I got was a head that looked like it came right out of the game. The body was very detailed, more than what I expected or thought could be done these days. The flesh was so realistic and soft, capturing the texture, the color and veins. The eyes, nails, feet, fingers, breast, nipples,the anus, the color and the each every part, everything was replicated so well. And it feels great. Minor issue: The head attachment provides a minor annoyance as it connects to the body but doesn’t completely stay in and can result in it rolling off during use. You have to really push it in and position it in a way that it doesn’t move around too much during use. The bad: Something I wish I knew, is that the skin is very absorbent. I bought a pair a cheap leggings for the doll so that it can wear it. Upon remove the skin took in the color of it and is now discolored. Some part looks like it is bruised and it now has a purple ass.

I saw images of the Tifa and Aerith life-size dolls on social media and fell in love with their quality, so I decided to take the plunge and buy my first life-size doll. The quality of the face and wig wasn’t a typical sample image scam, and I was surprised that the actual product I received was exactly the same as the sample.Since I purchased it as a life-size figure, unfortunately I can’t comment on its functionality as a love doll (such as the condition of the genitals), but the body has blood vessels and pores, and the attention to detail is impressive. As for mobility, the metal frame is covered with silicone, so it seems like it can take most poses as long as the movements are not too extreme. I’m extremely grateful to the distributors, sexymalena and Jessica, for all their support, from ordering from Japan to arrangements, payment methods, regular progress reports, and things to be aware of when getting your first doll.
