Nick and other customer service staff were fantastic, l paid for this product with crypto currency which also was a huge plus.love the gel butt. D.va’s face is incredibly cute and hard not to fall in love with. The only complaint l would have is it seemed tohave arrived with a small tear near one of the holes. The tear is small and has not caused any problems however. l take goodcare to make sure the tear doesn’t get larger as well. Also, l am 5 foot 8 inches, and the height of the dollseems to not be”perfect” for me as it is hard to find the proper angle while attempting certain positions. Some positions l have not been ableto do successfully. 5 stars for everything else that l do enjoy about this dol. And 5 stars for customer service. Read less
